COST

Each dining plan consists of 5 Entrees of 4 servings each, with two side dishes. So for your weekly needs, you can choose 5 entrees and 10 side items.

Entrees and sides can also be purchased on an individual basis. Plus we have a wonderful a la carte menu. MEATLOAF WITH TOMATO SAUCE  Lean ground beef, sautéed vegetables and fresh herbs with a wonderful tomato sauce. (Individually priced @ $10.00)

ROASTED PORK TENDERLION  Pork tenderloin marinated in rosemary and garlic, lightly seared and then roasted to perfection.*  (Individually priced @ $10.00)

BEEF STROGANOFF      Tender chunks of beef slow cooked in beef stock and red wine with mushrooms, onions and tomato. (Individually priced @ $10.00)

CHICKEN

WHOLE ROASTED CHICKEN  Whole chicken marinated with lemon and thyme then slow roasted.*  (Individually priced @ $10.00)

STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST  Skinless boneless chicken breast stuffed with a wonderful mix of goat cheese and sun dried tomatoes then lightly breaded. (Individually priced @ $10.00)

TURKEY STUFFED CHILIES     Lean ground turkey heavenly seasoned and mixed with cheese and stuffed into a roasted poblano chili covered in a red chili sauce and baked .*  (Individually priced @ $10.00)

FISH

This is designed for the person who likes to cook but is busy with work and life. We do the work for you while you do the cooking and take the credit. These items are designed so all you have to do is grill, bake or stir-fry. All the marinating, cutting, chopping and sauces have been done for you.
